CB&A is an education pr agency.

From ISTE to ASA, CB&A has had a bustling summer on the conference trail. In the midst of all the prepping and attending, we have other exciting developments to report: Katie Waite and Andria Casey have been promoted.

(CLAPS AND CHEERS ALL AROUND!)

As an Account Manager, Katie will complete more strategic client work and assume a larger role in leading account services. She started her CB&A career in May 2012 as an Account Coordinator. Over the past year, she has exercised her public relations skills for a breadth of clients, illustrating her ability to deliver a variety of strategic communication services to achieve the clients’ visibility goals. Prior to joining the CB&A team, she worked as a marketing specialist in the security solutions industry. Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in speech communication, from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Andria has stepped up to the role of Account Coordinator, and will assist the President and Account Executives in executing strategies and achieving goals for an expanding client family by managing media communications, social media accounts and the Visibility Matters blog. She joined CB&A as an Assistant Account Coordinator while finishing her undergraduate degree, familiarizing herself with the education industry, supporting clients’ visibility campaigns and assisting in the development of the agency’s Special Needs Division. Casey graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in May 2013, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with an emphasis in strategic communication. Throughout her college tenure, she was actively involved in the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), holding the position of president for the UW-Madison chapter her senior year.

Congratulations, again, to Katie and Andria for all of their hard work over the past year.

OK, now time to get back to work!
