Besides offering knowledgeable company spokespersons to ensure informative and productive meetings, we provide food and beverages, Internet connections for those needing to file stories from the conference, and other support services that yield story ideas, and afford the opportunity to preview new products. |

Media Central usually is situated in a hotel suite near the trade show floor at the local convention center. Several demonstration stations are provided for scheduled product presentations by trained company personnel. The relaxed atmosphere allows meetings and interviews to be conducted free from the distraction of events on the conference floor. |
