By identifying patterns and needs, promoting differentiated instruction, and providing intervention strategies, the team supports educators as experts in the classroom. The team monitors progress, mentors teachers, models best practices, and fosters supportive professional learning communities to open lines of communication and enable administrators and teachers to share best practices. Through Ready, Set, Go!, schools develop an educational culture and system grounded in sound data-driven decision-making that builds a foundation for continuous improvement.
